Full time: 40 hrs per week
Duties:
To help with packing and posting.
Updating the website
Managing products - (dealing with suppliers) - Ensuring we don’t go out of stock.
Customer service (email and live support)
Overseeing and managing launch of new International Division (along side me) .
Skills required:
Email experience. Using a computer. Organised. Positive. Customer focused.
All other skills can be taught on the job. i.e. updating the website, getting to know the products and using our software tools.
We would prefer someone with a genuine interest in helicopters and of course they are FREE if you work here.

Heliguy had charge back from thieves totalling £1400.00 (2400 USD) in month of April. Usually this does not bother us but out of this we shipped 524 US dollars to Vietnam. You might say serves you right but we talked to this guy over email, his CV2 values checked out (billing address matched delivery address) and his fraud score was very low (GREEN). Now we don’t ship to Vietnam.
