Tail pitch control failure, more maintenance!
I had a problem with the tail pitch control causing the heli to spin due to lack of control of the rudder.
on close inspection I noticed that a metal sleeve that sits in ball bearing race has slipped out. This brass sleeve comes out when the servo link is moved. This caused sloppy rudder control.

I finally fixed this by buying part number EK1-0295. This involved striping down the tail mechanism. the grub screw was the hardest thing to get out as it had threadlocking glue and the cheap allen key I had was chewed up by the grubscrew. so I had to get a decent 1.5mm allen key and I finally got it undone.

The new part was greased and fitted on to the shaft and the grubscrew was retightend and glued with threadlocker.

All I need to do know is go outside and align the rudder servo and it should be as good as new!
