Nope I didn't come across that problem, if they do drop out then the only thing to do is to replace the washout base.

They are an interference fit so can't be replaced.

You do have to be careful when you tighten the grub screws up as they are screwing into Ali and the threads can strip easily</description>

Also, someone commented that the pins that keep the washout base in place are known to slide out of the headblock. Did you run into that problem also or do you suspect that they might not have tightened the retaining bolts enough?

					<description>The first flights were very twitchy, I think it was due to the links on the flybar being very tight and not allowing smooth operation.

Unfortunately I broke one of the links while trying to loosen it and the spares have only just arrived (26th May) and now the weather is poor so I've not had chance to get it in the air again yet.

As soon as I get it in the air I'll post my comments here and on the forum for all to see.
