The DJI Osmo Pocket 3 1/4" has three functions. 

• Provides a connection hole for a tripod with 1/4″ thread

• Moves the USB-C port to the rear for easy recording while charging when placed somewhere.

• Extends the handle length to enhance the holding experience.
