Heliguy-Drone_Regulation_Survey-1000x523-v1b.png One of the biggest topics of conversation surrounding drones will always be regulation. Whether guidelines are laid out by governments, aviation authorities or some other law-making body, there is bound to be a wide spectrum of opinions and, because of this, we'd like to know what you think.
TAKE OUR DRONE REGULATION SURVEY
We've put together a survey which covers the existing CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) regulations as well as the proposed legislature changes from EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency). In our continued efforts to better understand our customers and their views - we're looking to put together a graphical analysis based on your responses. In previous articles, we've covered how regulations are applied on a global scale which you can read more about HERE, as well as interviewing industry insiders to get their take which is available to read HERE. Now it's your turn to join the conversation. Whether you're a hobbyist or a commercial operator, we want to know what your views are - these are rules which affect the entire drone community and, through conversations with many of you, we are aware that there are some strong opinions. Please follow this link to access our survey and let us know what you think about the state of drone regulations in the UK and beyond. Once we have collated all of your responses, we'll be updating this post to include the results, allowing you to see how your opinions gel with those of your fellow SUA pilots. Note: All responses to Heliguy's Drone Regulation Survey are anonymous and will be used to form the basis of an infographic detailing the attitudes surrounding legislation in the UK and beyond.
