The DJI Osmo Pocket 3 supports screen-off recording. 

Swipe down on the screen to access the menu, go to system settings, and then select the time for Scrn Off When Rec.

This can be set to 3 s, 15 s, 30 s, 1 min, 5 mins, 10 mins, or never.
