Repair Refresh protects you against pilot error, as well as product failure. The warranty that comes with your DJI drone will only be used in the case of product failure. In addition, you’ll get all your support and replacement parts from the UK - significantly reducing the turnaround time for repairs or replacements.
Repair Refresh is also not a substitute for commercial drone insurance.

The entire process of obtaining the A2/GVC certificate was great. The amount of information in the online training course was fantastic and delivered well and Faye was lovely and calming during the online test. When it came to doing the practical GVC test, Odysseus put us at ease and made the experience enjoyable rather than nerve racking. Communication from Heliguy was fast and helpful whenever needed. 10/10.

Tom was my assessor on the occasion I had passed my practical exam. He made me feel so relaxed and at ease during the whole process. He informed me on the minors I had obtained but the way he presented this was very professional and I didn't feel criticised at all. He was relatable and understanding and overall I believed I passed due to being so relaxed.

Really impressed with the way the team dealt with an urgent repair on our M300 which was needed back in service for an imminent job. Communications were excellent and the repair solved our issue.
