Check if the alignment dots on the phone clamp and the gimbal are well aligned. 

Check if the Magnetic Phone Clamp is attached approximately to the middle of the phone. 

If the issue still exists, perform gimbal auto-calibration and horizontal gimbal adjustment in the DJI Mimo app.
