Ensure that the aircraft and remote controller are linked, mount the battery on the aircraft and launch DJI GO 4, then an "Inconsistent Firmware Found"prompt will pop up. Please install the update following the prompts in the App. After the update is complete, the battery will return to normal. If the issue still exists after the update, please contact DJI SUPPORT.
