Are the CinemaDNG and Apple ProRes RAW codecs supported by the Zenmuse X9-8K Air included when I purchase the DJI Inspire 3?

The CinemaDNG and Apple ProRes RAW codecs supported by the Zenmuse X9-8K Air are not included upon the DJI Inspire 3 purchase. However, both license keys are sold separately.
