Provide us with some key documents - then enjoy your hire
Insurance
Insure your rental under a Hired-in (non-owned) equipment cover policy - to the full cost value of the equipment and for the duration of your hire period.
Flyer ID
You must have a valid Flyer ID and secure your Operator ID to your drone. We don't require proof of drone registration or drone training (such as the GVC).
Proof of ID
After check-out, submit a copy of your passport or driving licence, plus a utility, bank, or council tax statement that matches your name/delivery address.

Fly with confidence thanks to the DJI Matrice 350 RTK’s suite of safety features.
Arm Lock Indicator: Ensures the drone’s arms are locked before flight.
Six Directional Sensing & Positioning: Helps to keep the aircraft and the mission safe, even in complex operating environments.
Night-Vision FPV Camera: This FPV camera delivers more impressive light-sensing capability, allowing pilots to observe their surroundings vividly and clearly, even at night, and ensure greater levels of flight safety.
CSM Radar Support: Improve situational awareness with the CSM Radar - a bolt-on object detection system, which can be used at night and can detect objects, such as wires and branches. This accessory is available separately.

Upgraded Battery System
DJI M350 RTK is powered by the new hot-swappable TB65 batteries, which can endure up to 400 cycles - double the amount of the DJI M300 RTK’s TB60 batteries.
The new BS65 Intelligent Battery Station has multiple charging modes:
Standard Mode: Each pair is charged to 100% in sequence (will self-discharge). 60 minutes from 0 to 100%.
Ready-to-Fly Mode: Each pair is charged to 90% in sequence and kept at 90%. 30 minutes from 20 to 90%.
Storage Mode: Each pair is charged and kept at 50%.
For easier transportation, the Battery Station has 360° movement wheels. The carrying case for the M350 also has universal wheels for easier movements and can carry two payloads at the same time.

The DJI M350 RTK comes with the DJI RC Plus - DJI's most advanced smart controller.
Built-in 7-inch screen, with a maximum brightness of 1,200 cd/m² to improve visibility.
DJI's only IP-rated controller. IP54 rating, and -20°C to 50°C operating temperature.
3+ hours of run-time with the internal battery, or add the external battery to extend operations to six hours. The batteries are hot-swappable.
Dual Operator mode enables either operator to take control of the aircraft or payload with a single tap.
Compatible with the DJI Pilot 2 app.

DJI Matrice 350 RTK Vs DJI Matrice 300 RTK
DJI M350 RTK has some key upgrades on the DJI M300 RTK. These include:
Improved IP Rating: IP55 vs IP45.
Upgraded Battery System: TB65 batteries (400 cycles) vs TB60 batteries (200 cycles).
New Control Experience: M350 RTK comes with DJI RC Plus, an upgraded controller compared to M300 RTK's Smart Controller Enterprise. M300 RTK supports RC Plus, but this needs to be purchased separately.
Extended Safety Features: M350 RTK has an arm-lock indicator, preventing flights without unlocked arm sleeves.
