The DJI Dock is a drone in a box solution which will empower remote monitoring and autonomous drone deployments;
The Dock is expected to be released in 2023. As a DJI Dock partner, heliguy™ will help organisations integrate it into their workflows, offering end-to-end support and consultancy.
Check out this video of the DJI Dock in action, showcased during a demo at DJI AirWorks 2022, in Las Vegas.
It was the first public demonstration in the USA of this innovative drone in a box solution.
The display highlighted the Dock's key functionality features: Opening to reveal the DJI M30 Series (Dock Version), before the aircraft took off, flew, and then landed back in the docking station to start charging. The box then closed to keep the drone safe.
Engineered to operate 24/7, the DJI Dock - which includes an integrated weather station - is an autonomous takeoff, landing and charging station allowing fully-automatic, programmed flights with the DJI M30 Series (Dock Version).
This drone in a box solution will empower remote monitoring and automated workflows, enabling spontaneous or scheduled round-the-clock operations for on-demand, real-time data acquisition, centrally managed via cloud-based software.
The DJI Dock is a powerful tool for a range of industry sectors, including AEC, energy, oil and gas, and public safety, security and surveillance.
As a DJI Dock partner, heliguy™ will help organisations integrate the DJI Dock drone in a box solution into their workflows, offering end-to-end support and consultancy.
Using our years of industry experience, in-house technical capabilities, and training ecosystem, including an Operational Safety Case (OSC) consultancy, we'll facilitate each programme's adoption and deployment of this drone in a box solution. This includes helping organisations move towards BVLOS operations.
The DJI Dock is expected to be available in the UK in 2023.
